Anatomy Trains In Training
Created by Anatomy Trains-Certified Teacher, AP Lindberg, based on Tom Myers’ revolutionary mapping of fascial connections
This course includes the latest research relevant to today’s trainer on the subjects of force transmission, postural compensation, injury repair, response to various forms of stretching, elasticity, fascial neurology, hydration, and aging.
These two-day workshops are designed for personal trainers, athletic coaches, physical educators, fitness instructors, physiotherapists and other sports and fitness experts.
Continuing Eduction Credits: 1.4 CEUS (NASM); 14 CEC’s (PMA)
Meet AP Lindberg

About Anatomy Trains In Training
Whether you’re an athletic coach, personal trainer, fitness instructor, physiotherapist, or medical doctor, you will benefit from understanding a 4-D neuromyofascial approach to movement that includes individualized assessment and development of functional performance. Anatomy Trains in Training is based on Tom Myers’ Anatomy Trains – the body’s myofascial lines of loading and force transmission. By understanding how our joints direct forces into the myofascial network, you will gain exciting new tools for creating individualized exercise programs that are appropriate to any client.
Learn how to release and open neuromyofascial networks to create balance.
Learn how to prevent injuries and maximize performance with balanced movements based on recoiling—not just lifting.
Learn how to progress your exercise programming safely and effectively.
Develop dynamic control of power and strength for more balanced movement.
Experience the paradigm shift of understanding the difference between “static stability” and “dynamic control.”
Now is the time for understanding newly discovered principles founded on the fascia system’s crucial role in movement and exercise. Anatomy Trains in Training uses a progressive series of recoil exercises to load the body’s 3-Dimensional neuromyofascial web in a 4-Dimensional way. Movement and motion sequencing in relation to the point of contact is at the heart of balanced movement. Being able to apply those principles is crucial for individually unique exercises that help prevent injuries while maximizing performance. Our instructors have been using recoil exercises in their exercise programming and for endurance, strength and power training and have been amazed by the results. Most musculoskeletal injuries are due to unbalanced movement and faulty movement habits, but by incorporating our unique ‘essential events’ concept we can minimize injury risk and maximize outcomes. We will ensure you know how to build single exercises safely and appropriately to best serve the body’s holistic systems with lectures, demos, and a full color notebook. Make the warm up, training, and cool down stages really matter.
